If you can’t get to London for one of our legendary in-person walking tours, you can take a virtual tour of London from home.
We started our virtual tours of London during the lockdown periods of the early 2020s. They continue to appeal to people who want to discover London hotspots, legends and secrets, but can’t get there in person.
We’ve welcomed virtual walkers from the United States, Canada, India, Japan, Australia and Europe to share in the joy of discovering more of the infinite stories of London. From the comfort of your sofa, you can explore the likes of Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and St Paul’s Cathedral. Discover Shakespeare or Dickens’ experiences of the city of London. Or learn the history of iconic artworks in London’s finest art galleries like the National Gallery.

To go on a London Walks Virtual Guided Tour, select the virtual tour that you’d like to join. The ‘book now’ button will take you to an Eventbrite link where you register for your tickets.
Cometh the hour we’ll all gather round the Zoom ‘fireplace’ and off we’ll go. Into London at its fascinating best.
An online tour lasts about an hour. It’s interactive with a Q & A afterward so you can quiz your knowledgeable guide. Often, there’s some socialising too as people from all over the world gather around that ‘online fireplace’.
By the way, if you like a more intimate and tailored in-person walking tour. Try a London Walks private tour.
Ok, that’s enough lead-in, enough drum roll. Here. We. Go.

"Dickens' London was a place of the mind, but it was also a real place. Much of what we take today to be the marvelous imaginings of a visionary novelist turn out on inspection to be the reportage of a great observer"
