The Monday Night Music History Club No.19: Music & the Natural World
The last meeting of the season is a rite of spring.
Music and the seasons. Music and the animal kingdom. Inspiration and history, stories and legends. The structure has been inspired by Hannah French’s excellent book The Rolling Year, a wide-ranging, accessible and fascinating analysis of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons
This episode was requested by MNMHC member Deborah Gold – her original suggestion being Music & Birdsong
