“Bond, James Bond” is back

Date post added: 2nd December 2023

Truth of the matter is, London Walks was like the Portland Vase that was dropped and shattered. That’s what the pandemic did to us. We’ve been putting it back together for three years. Getting our guides back, getting our full repertory back – one by one.

And that’s by way of saying Rainbow Rainbow Rainbow! Because after years in outer purdah two more of our great ones have found their way back. A week ago we welcomed Charming Chiswick home. It’ll have its first outing this decade on December 10th.

And earlier today – December 2nd – James Bond came in from the cold. Yes, 007 is back. Full title of the walk is “Bond, James Bond” – The London of 007 & Ian Fleming. Guided of course by Justin. Who else but Justin, given that he looks the part, has the same upper-class accent, the works.

The first one will take place on Saturday, December 30th at 7.15 pm. Click here for full details. And 007 will be back on Saturday, February 24th and Saturday, March 23rd.
