This is the opening of Fiona’s virtual tour of 1970s London (part of The Story of 20th Century London Virtual Tour series she’s doing along with four other guides: Karen, Adam, Simon and Russell). In this 10-minute excerpt Fiona skillfully sets the scene, plots her course and takes a close look at the first of the half dozen or so iconic buildings that are the centrepieces of each leg of her journey through the 1970s.
