Every London Walks guide “makes it his own” (or her own). By it, I mean any given walk. This is an excerpt from near the beginning of Ian’s Shakespeare in London Virtual Tour (which in turn is a spin-off from his shoe-leather-on-pavement-in-London Shakespeare walk). And sure enough, it’s very much Ian’s tour. I say it’s Ian’s tour because Ian had a very distinguished career as a Senior Partner in a top flight City of London legal firm. He’s an ace lawyer, in other words. And sure enough, he’s brought that skill-set to his guiding. Cool, extremely sharp, analytical intelligence; step by step, building, making a compelling case; the digging out of critically important documents and setting them before judge and jury, etc. etc.
He certainly wins this case!
