is underway! It's Stonehenge & Salisbury every Tuesday (9.15 am from the main ticket office of Waterloo Railway Station); Oxford & the Cotswolds every Wednesday (9.15 am from the main ticket office of Paddington Railway Station). And from May 17 it'll be Bath (9 am every Thursday* from the main ticket office of Paddington Railway station). *Through Sept. 27

Olympics Walks
The Olympics Walks schedule for Spring-early Summer (May 1 onward) has just gone up. In the Spring-early Summer programme it'll take place daily at 2.15 pm. And in the Spring-Summer programme on Saturdays and Sundays it'll also go at 10.45 am. That's in addition to the daily 2.15 pm walk. More

My husband and I went on this walk last night 22.11.11 and found it thoroughly enjoyable, it's fascinating to hear about the wonderful city we live in. I highly recommend this. We heard and learnt some fantastic facts. We were still talking about it on the way to work this morning!

I did this walk on 11/25/08... being awful to remember names, I'm not 100% of who was our guide, but I'm pretty sure it was Andy.
Out of the 6 walks I did this time in London, this one was a highlight, specially because of the guide!
He was fun, he was interesting, he said a lot about the places we were passing by, about the history around. In sum, everything that I expect in a London Walk. My husband also loved it and thought this one was the best of the 6 walks we did this time.
The pub choices were also great and he was very helpful in giving us suggestions/directions at the end of the walk.
In particular, I liked this one even more than the "Along the Thames Pub Walk" that I did a couple of years ago.

I've only taken this tour once, but loved it! It takes you to places the average tourist wouldn't find on their own. If you feel that you've "Been there, done that" then take this walk for something unique and wonderful!
