SUBTERRANEAN LONDON - What You're Overlooking
Iro Mavrogeni - London

Hello there,

my name is Iro,
I am currently studying in my Master degree in which I am investigating subterranean London, how much people know about it and how I can make people aware of it. The aim of my project is to create visual material that is going to inform pedestrians about the city underneath.

It is quite a short questionnaire, partly multiple choice, partly writing short answers.
It would be great, if you could help me out...

This isn’t a commercial project in any way and anything I will write and do is strictly used for my MA Thesis.

Thank you very very much!!!
Iro

Iro,

It's David here. I'm sure the Sub T. guides will be willing to lend a hand. Do you want to write back and we can take it from there?

We turned up on a miserable wet Sunday morning to meet Peter G, our guide for the tour - he called it "liquid sunshine". Well, he wasn't far wrong because we forgot the terrible weather as he guided us through the tour in a very entertaining and informative way. The stories he told were really interesting and the whole experience was very worthwhile - all for £6.
For those who wish to do further tours there is a £1 option at the end of the tour which means that you can do further tours for a reduced price, so that can't be bad.
Highly recommended - wear comfortable shoes and bring wetgear.
