I agree with all the positives mentioned by others. I've been to Greenwich before, but learned more on this walk. I would add to anyone planning this walk who thinks they'll see it ALL in Greenwich there's just no way on a two hour walk. So, do plan your day to tour "the rest" such as walking up to the Observatory to take your pic straddling two hemisphere's etc after the tour. In short my recommendation is to do this tour and make a DAY of it and just stay on in Greenwich and tour on your own after the London Walk. Your guide will point you in the right direction and you'll have a wonderful day.

This was our second London walk. We really enjoyed the sights and the guide's enthusiasm - using the microphone was a benefit - we could hear him much better than the guide of our first walk. Highlights were the Painted Hall, Chapel (I KNEW that was Wedgewood Blue!) and the Lord Nelson exhibit. Thanks so much!

 

 

I did this walk with Hillary a couple of weeks ago. It was wonderful and so was she. She brought the history alive, knew all the interesting places to go, and had answers to every question. She made sure we were at the right place to see the big red synchronization ball drop at the Royal Observatory at 1 p.m.

Plus, Hillary was just great fun to go on a walk with!

Greenwich is a fascinating place and this walk is the perfect introduction to it. I can't recommend it highly enough.
