LEGAL & ILLEGAL LONDON - The Inns of Court
Victoria - Gold Coast, Australia
January 2011
We went on the tour with Simon on the 5th January. It was a really, really cold but sunny morning, despite this it was a fascinating tour. We had our teenagers with us and I expected they'd get restless before the end but they didn't. Highly recommend the tour and Simon was and excellent tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. He also tailored the content to the interests and nationalities of the people on the tour.

This was the very first walk I ever took (Easter day 1986) and was responsible for getting me hooked on London Walks. I have been to London on business and pleasure over a dozen times and I always check out London Walks schedule. I remember that Molly was the walking our guide that Easter Day in 1986 and I was so grateful for her insights. I found spots in the heart of London that I would never have found on my own. My favorite was the Temple Church. As an amateur historian London Walks made the city really come alive. I was impressed by the narrow streets and alleys that the walk goes through as well as the ancient pubs that are there such as The Essex and The Ship Tavern.
